ROLE OBJECTIVE
We are seeking talented Digital Designers with expertise in AI to join our innovative team as an AI Advertising Specialist.
In this role, you will leverage the Pencil platform to create compelling and effective advertisements for a diverse range of clients, from large enterprises to small businesses.
This position presents exciting challenges. The craft of advertisement creation remains an art form, and as an AI Advertising Specialist, you will need to master cutting-edge AI models to extract insights, compose engaging copy, generate and edit images and videos, and ultimately produce advertisements that captivate audiences and drive conversions. Additionally, the scientific aspect of advertising is becoming increasingly prominent, with clients expecting rapid results and measurable outcomes. Utilizing data, forecasts, and structured processes is essential to consistently meet these expectations.
The awareness and application of AI technology have surged in recent times, opening up new avenues for creators in the advertising sector. At Oliver UK Group, we are developing tools that empower creators to produce exceptional work for brands, and we aim to lead in the quality and effectiveness of AI-driven advertising.
To thrive in this role, you should possess experience with AI tools and understand their potential impact on creators, the advertising landscape, and marketing clients. You will need to bring enthusiasm, energy, and resilience to your daily tasks. Success in this role will not only benefit our clients but also enhance your professional reputation as a key contributor to the AI revolution in advertising.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Your Daily Tasks
- Create advertisement creatives for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Display using the Pencil platform based on client specifications.
- Guide client briefs through all phases, including insights, concepts, copywriting, image and video generation, and final creative assembly utilizing various AI models and techniques.
- When necessary, enhance AI-generated creative work with manual adjustments to meet client expectations.
- Collaborate with our Customer Success team to interpret and refine client briefs, address feedback, and fulfill client requirements for AI deliverables (including quality, speed, and scalability).
- Engage with our Training team to explore and implement new AI techniques to continuously improve the quality of our output.
- Work alongside our Product & Engineering teams to test new AI features and provide constructive feedback for platform enhancements.
- Report directly to the Head of Creative.
PERFORMANCE METRICS
Your performance will be evaluated based on:
- The quality and client satisfaction of AI-generated deliverables.
- The speed of delivery for client briefs, typically achieving one brief every 1-2 days.
- The development of expertise in AI usage and the sharing of this knowledge with fellow creatives.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-3 years of experience in creative development within the advertising sector.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Jasper, etc.
- Understanding of AI techniques, including model selection and prompting.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Strong communication and management skills.
- Preference for candidates with prior agency experience.
- Excellent written English skills for effective communication with clients and team members.
- Access to a reliable computer with a high-speed internet connection.
- A collaborative mindset and a positive outlook on the role of AI in creative processes.
