Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) with a focus on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. You’ll be the mastermind behind campaigns that drive results and exceed expectations.
  • Creative Strategy & Development: Take charge of crafting compelling ad creatives that resonate with the target audience. You understand that creative is a key driver of success, and you’ll continuously analyze performance to optimize and enhance ad effectiveness.
  • Campaign Management: Launch, monitor, and optimize advertising campaigns to meet business objectives, including budget management, bid strategies, and identifying bottlenecks that hinder performance.
  • Audience Targeting: Utilize advanced audience segmentation and targeting techniques to ensure the right message reaches the right audience at the right time, maximizing ROI.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key metrics. Generate actionable insights that drive continuous improvement in campaign performance.
  • A/B Testing: Design and execute A/B tests to optimize creative, targeting, and bidding strategies, always striving to improve results.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest Meta platform updates, industry trends, and best practices to continuously refine and improve campaign effectiveness.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Meta advertising, with a deep understanding of Facebook and Instagram ad platforms.
  • Proficient in using Meta Ads Manager, Power Editor, and other related tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in creative performance analysis and a strong understanding of what drives successful ad creative.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with TikTok Ads and Google Ads is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
