Relevant de la cheffe comptabilité financière, le contrôleur de projet – Technologies de l’information est chargé de soutenir les projets TI majeurs (Projet d’implantation SAP, projet cybersécurité, autres projets Adhoc). Il chapeaute l’ensemble des activités comptables et financières relatives à ces projets.

Dans une perspective globale, il porte une compréhension complète des coûts, du budget et estimé ainsi que des risques et des opportunités des projets. Il veille également aux contrôles financiers de ces projets. Ce rôle est également responsable de la production de rapports financiers de fin de mois pour ces projets ainsi que la présentation de ces rapports à la haute direction.

En quoi consiste ce rôle :

Participer à l’élaboration du budget du projet;


Effectuer les entrées comptables relatives au projet (salaires, licences, reclassements, etc.) dans les entités Agropur Coopérative & Agropur Inc.;


Effectuer la refacturation des dépenses du projet à l’entité américaine Agropur Inc. si nécessaire;


Supporte le chef comptabilité immobilisations & projets en lui fournissant des analyses de coûts pour les hypothèses de mises en service et d’amortissement;


S’assurer d’avoir une compréhension globale des coûts du projet, incluant les dépenses capitalisables versus non capitalisables;


Soutenir le gestionnaire de projet dans la surveillance, le contrôle et l’administration de l’avancement et du rendement du projet et d’autres aspects de la gestion de projet (portée, temps, coût, qualité et risque);


Analyser et identifier les écarts entre le temps et les coûts estimés et réels consacrés à un projet donné;


Identifier les tendances et les causes profondes des écarts par rapport aux objectifs et recommander des mesures correctives;


Coordonner et identifier les améliorations aux processus financiers et de contrôle avec différents intervenants au projet;


Effectuer un suivi approprié du calendrier et du budget du projet afin d’appliquer de manière proactive des actions / mesures correctives au besoin;


Responsable de publier, avec l’appui du gestionnaire de projet, le rapport d’étape et le tableau de bord requis pour les intervenants internes et externes, y compris le tableau de bord pour présentation aux directeurs du projet et V-P TI;


Responsable du suivi de l’avancement de la facturation et des échéanciers de paiement des projets;


Préparer et présenter mensuellement les rapports financiers incluant les coûts actuels, engagés et les derniers estimés du projet à la haute direction (CAPEX et OPEX), et identifier les risques et opportunités futurs afin d’aider à la prise de décision.



Ce qu'il te faut pour joindre notre équipe :

Baccalauréat en administration des affaires (option comptabilité);


5 années d’expérience en comptabilité financière ou analytique;


Titre CPA ou en voie d’obtention;


Expertise de systèmes ERP; SAP S/4 & Fiori;


Connaissance avancée de la suite Office (Excel, Teams, etc.) requise;


Excellentes compétences organisationnelles, interpersonnelles et de communication requise;


Solides compétences analytiques, statistiques et organisationnelles requises;


Capacité de gérer plusieurs activités simultanées et de travailler avec succès sous pression requise;


Antécédents en matière de préparation de rapports « détaillés » et de rapports « au niveau de la direction »;


Sens aigu de l’information financière requis.


Bilinguisme oral et écrit (Anglais et Français) - Communications fréquentes avec des partenaires, clients et/ou employés à l’extérieur du Québec.
