As a Customer Care Representative, you will be tasked with a variety of duties aimed at maintaining customer satisfaction, ensuring accurate record keeping, and resolving customer issues.

Responsibilities:

• Handle and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Update and maintain accurate customer sales and allergen information
• Process customer credit applications with a high degree of accuracy
• Collaboratively work with Sales, Operations, and Marketing departments to deliver excellent results for customers
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide guidance as necessary
• Regularly monitor customer accounts and take necessary action when needed
• Maintain a strong focus on customer service, demonstrating professionalism in all interactions
• Utilize advanced Microsoft Office skills for data entry and record keeping
• Assist in the printing of production and allergen labels and summaries
• Regularly interact with diverse groups, demonstrating active listening and problem-solving skills.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably within a non-profit organization.
• Proven experience in answering inbound calls and handling both inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Proficiency in data entry and order entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Demonstrable experience with email correspondence, with excellent written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is essential.
• Experience in scheduling appointments, with the ability to manage multiple schedules and prioritize tasks.
• Previous experience in a call center environment will be a plus.
• Ability to work well in a team and contribute positively to the team dynamic.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and provide solutions to customer issues.
