Health Standards Organization (HSO) often has openings for talented Associates reporting to Program Managers who share our passion for achieving quality health services for all. Responsibilities but not limited:

Organizing and coordinating internal and external activities within a clearly defined and limited scope. Gathering information and providing administrative and client support to teams and business units. Performing tasks (e.g., preparing reports) by utilizing clearly defined and established procedures and processes. Maintaining efficient and useful record management of business data. Working under the direction of your people manager, plan and organize your own time within set schedules and routines. Monitoring the progress of tasks and activities and keeping your people manager informed of progress. Providing administrative, technical and process support to aid the diverse needs of the teams and business units. Gathering information from a variety of sources and analyzing data/information. Providing creative and innovative solutions to refine the processes and procedures that you lead and administer.

Qualifications:

Minimum two (2) to four (4) years of progressive and varied experience in program administration, communications, client services, or other related fields. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and findings in a clear and concise manner. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Attention to detail with strong editing skills.
