Our in-house design departments include Residential + Mixed-Use, Commercial + Industrial, Interior Design and Experiential Graphic Design. In addition, we have a Digital Practice Department, who commits to the implementation of BIM, research + develop, and the infusion of cutting-edge technology into our projects and practice.

**Who are we looking for**:
**What you will do**:

- Leading or managing the full recruitment process from job posting through onboarding
- Proactively attract and maintain talent pools of highly qualified and diverse talent to ensure diversity, equity and inclusion.
- Is an ambassador of Turner Fleischer building relationships and partnerships and developing our employee brand.
- Providing an efficient recruitment process managing all applicants and coordinating with hiring Managers through BambooHR.
- Managing new hire onboarding in collaboration with other operational teams to ensure a positive studio experience.
- Analyzing People + Culture KPIs such as time-to-hire, turnover, etc., to improve recruitment and retention metrics.
- Supporting the Director of People + Culture on other special projects / talent retention initiatives.

**What you will bring**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent discipline.
- 3-5 years talent acquisition experience in a high-growth organization, preferably within a professional services firm.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, multi-tasking, and prioritizing.
- The ability to effectively communicate and build relationships.
- Experienced in leveraging LinkedIn and Bamboo HR for end-to-end recruitment.
- Curious and proactive in nature with a track record for producing high quality work.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid role, with 4 days in the studio.
