Technical Competencies Required:

Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent work experience. Employee Central Certification is a must. Minimum of 3 years working experience with SAP in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Core, Global benefits, Intelligent services, and knowledge of integrations with other 3rd Party tools and SAP HCM. Minimum of 1 end-to-end implementation experience in SF Employee Central with Benefits and experience in SAP HCM. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent client service skills. Highly organized, able to multi-task, and meet deadlines. Understanding of business processes related to Core HR. Ability to travel to client sites within Canada. Familiarity with additional SuccessFactors modules is desirable.
