Avance Consulting is seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors HCM Functional Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our consulting team, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Planning and Variable Pay solutions for global organizations
  • Develop and maintain business requirements documentation and configuration workbooks
  • Conduct business requirements workshops for Compensation and Incentive Planning processes
  • Configure SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Planning solution for Global organizations - Salary planning, Promotion, Adjustments, Budgeting, guidelines
  • Work with Global Compensation process owners to define business requirements and translate them into configurable objects
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution
  • At least 6 years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors solutions
  • Current and Active Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Planning and Variable Pay solutions
  • Solution Lead experience in at least 2 End-to-End SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay Implementation Projects with Global organizations
  • Excellent understanding of Global Compensation / Salary (Merit, Promotion, Adjustments) and Short-Term and Long-term incentive planning processes with Business and Individual goals
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Integrating Compensation planning and Variable Pay with Employee Central
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams
