Infosys is seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors HCM Functional Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for interfacing with stakeholders and HCM Process Owners to deliver high-quality solutions for SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and translate them into configurable objects.
- Configure SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Planning solution for Global organizations, including Salary planning, Promotion, Adjustments, Budgeting, and guidelines.
- Develop and maintain high-quality solution implementation for SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay solutions.
- Lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
- At least 6 years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
- Current and Active Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Planning & Variable Pay solutions.
- Experience in Solution Lead roles in End-to-End SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay Implementation Projects with Global organizations.
- Excellent understanding of Global Compensation / Salary (Merit, Promotion, Adjustments) and Short-Term and Long-term incentive planning processes with Business & Individual goals.
- Ability to conduct business requirements workshops for Compensation & Incentive Planning processes.
- Experience in Integrate Compensation planning and Variable Pay with Employee Central.
- Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle, including Agile practices.
