Summary

Reporting to the Sales Support Manager, the Client Support Coordinator is responsible for liaising between the SunRype Snacks Team, the US Lassonde team, and the US Broker.

Key Activities:

Assisting Canadian and USA Teams with all Snack related sales requests Ensure liaison with US Broker and customer base. Follow, complete and enter data for new product development process. Setup product and pricing of all new products and create UPC’s. Investigate and resolve pricing discrepancies. Monitor customer payments and deductions. Setup and validate promotions. Perform new customers, new products, new merchandisers, and EDI set-ups. Manage the administration of client portals. Ensure liaison with sales/customer on all aspects of fulfillment/shipping/timing, etc. Perform product hierarchy mapping. Create and maintain retail rep. order pads, new item forms, templates and sell sheets. Run weekly sales reports, monthly and ad hoc reports. Manage inventory of racking/displayer POS. Provide inventories and advise when re-orders are required. Provide snack product information for Ecommerce input. Coordinate trade show booth booking and samples.

Education and experience required:

High School Diploma. Degree or Diploma in Business (an asset). Minimum of five years of related office experience; preferably in the CPG Industry. Experience with external customers and their respective customer databases (an asset).

Competencies:

High level of competency working with all Microsoft and Excel. Excellent communication and organizational skills. High level of attention to details. Excellent customer service skills. Creative and visual. Ability to multi-task.
