**The Opportunity**:
**As an B2B Coordinator, you will**:
- Support the development, management, and processes of administrative services for the Strategic Partnership department,
- Coordinate meetings, minutes, agendas and planning required with internal and external stakeholders working with the department
- Work cross-functionally with product development and supply chain teams to support B2B launch of products, packaging, and labels
- Collect data for teams to assist in project strategy and contractual fulfillment.
- Support the Strategic Partnership department team members with administrative duties as required
- Provide support and coverage for B2B and Wholesale Managers
- Produce documentation to assist in the overall organization and delivery of products to market
- Propose innovative product options and work with finance to ensure feasibility
- Maintain, rationalize, and manage documents for internal and external partners
- Integrate team meetings and documents to align internal and external stakeholders on product specifications and requirements
- Produce market data reporting to track competitive sets in market and advise strategic product launches.

**As a B2B Coordinator, you bring**:
- 2-4 years experience in administrative role
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of the processes involved in supply chain, inventory, retail and customer service.
- Experience in cannabis, CPG, Beverages, Pharma or relatable industries an asset
- Knowledge of the cannabis sector (major companies, stakeholders, business models, regulatory environment, etc.) is a strong asset
- Proven track record in achieving sales quotas and KPI targets
- Previous success in building and growing relationships with accounts
- Able to work independently and be solutions orientated
- Strong knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
