Randstad Finance & Accounting has partnered with a reputable manufacturing company, in search of a team player that will play an important role in the day to day Accounting operations. This position is best suited for an Accounting professional with 5+ years of experience, that is looking for a role offering a great deal of autonomy while also being a valued team member.

Responsibilities
Processing Receivables
Processing Payables
PO mgmt. for purchasing
Daily bank recs
Entering Orders into custom system
Inventory database mgmt.
Monthly reconciliations and adjustments
Government remittances
Invoicing & Credit Notes
Freight reconciliations

Qualifications
5 years Accounting experience across various functions including AP, AR, inventory analysis and bank reconciliations
Advanced understanding of QuickBooks
Ability to work onsite in the Waterloo area
