*Job Description*:
*Key Responsibilities*:

- Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable processes
- Prepare and send invoices, monitor payments, and follow up on outstanding balances
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records
- Support payroll processing and employee reimbursements
- Help prepare financial reports and statements as needed
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams regarding account-related queries
- Assist with monthly reconciliations and budgeting tasks
- Perform other administrative duties as required to support the finance team

*Qualifications*:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plus)
- Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping (experience in the trucking/logistics industry is an asset)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and accounting software (QuickBooks, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
