Job Description

The Canadian Trading & Commercial Team is responsible for maintaining and growing diversified income across the Canadian market and collaborating with regional colleagues across North America. Trading & Commercial own the discovery, negotiation, and activation of revenue-based partnerships with the supply-side as well as enablement for internal teams to utilize these partnerships for the benefit of our clients. We make these partnerships available to our clients through Amplifi, our media ‘value for all’ platform. The Revenue Operations Coordinator, Agyle will work with the Manager, Agyle to drive fulfillment of revenue through Agyle programmes. The Revenue Operations Coordinator is expected to have a working knowledge of the media space and tools, as well as the finance and compliance processes inherent in a media buying business.

Inputting and Management of Agyle buys:

  • Collaborates with Investment team regarding status of Agyle bookings
  • Inputs all Agyle Agency bookings into Amplifi for billing purposes ensuring accuracy
  • Responsible for receiving and communicating to Investment team any/all Agyle buy changes received from vendors.

Financial Stewardship of Agyle/Amplifi Invoice process:

  • Communication with dentsu billing team regarding billing details for Agyle/ Amplifi invoice creation
  • Monthly Agyle Invoice connect with Finance team to ensure deliverables are correct and achieved
  • Go to person for Finance team questions regarding Amplifi Invoice creation and Intercompany billing

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary Degree or Diploma in Media, Advertising, Marketing or in related field
  • Relevant professional or educational background in media buying environment an asset
  • Working knowledge of MediaOcean an asset
  • Advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong attention to detail
