Sales Manager - FX Sales

Avec une expérience acquise en tant qu'expert dans les ventes de FX, vous vous épanouirez dans un rôle de Manager où vous pourrez obtenir des résultats exceptionnels en tant que leader d'une équipe. En tant que coach, vous prendrez plaisir à partager votre expérience et à voir votre équipe se développer avec vous. En outre, vous aurez la capacité de développer des stratégies et des techniques de vente basées sur les retours clients et sur votre connaissance du marché. Vous rejoindrez une équipe déjà établie et vous bénéficierez d'un modèle commercial ayant fait ses preuves ainsi que d’une infrastructure vous apportant le soutien nécessaire.

Responsabilités:

Diriger une équipe de vente dans le développement de prospects, en montrant l'exemple, en coachant et en formant votre équipe. Vous serez responsable du développement de leurs compétences et de les aider à progresser dans leur carrière Négocier et conclure les affaires avec des clients potentiels, par téléphone et lors de rencontres physiques Gérer la relation commerciale pour les nouveaux clients afin de garantir une intégration fluide dans l’univers Ebury et de les accompagner dans leurs premières transactions Fournir des prévisions précises du volume de ventes attendu Mettre en œuvre des programmes de vente régionaux pour des actions commerciales ainsi que des plans de formation pour votre équipe et les autres managers du bureau Assurer le respect de la méthodologie et des processus commerciaux de l'entreprise Participer au recrutement, à l'intégration et à la formation de nouveaux membres de l'équipe

Vous:

Avez un historique de gestion des ventes dans le domaine des FX ou d'autres services financiers transfrontaliers (par exemple, prêts à l'importation, prêts à l'exportation, paiements et recouvrements internationaux, gestion de la trésorerie) Avez de l'expérience dans les services financiers - un réseau serait un avantage Possédez des compétences en communication de premier ordre Aurez-vous une capacité démontrable à encadrer, coacher et développer des personnes Êtes un négociateur compétent, capable de construire et de tirer parti des relations à des niveaux techniques chez les clients PME Parlez français et anglais couramment
