Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive administrative assistant to join one of London's very well established manufacturing companies. This part-time role involves providing efficient administrative support to our organization, as well as performing reception duties. The working hours will be within the 10 am to 2 pm window from Monday to Friday, however, we offer the potential for flexibility within the standard work day.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming calls.
  2. Greeting, welcoming, and directing visitors to appropriate personnel.
  3. Organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments.
  4. Handling inquiries and requests for information.
  5. Assisting in the preparation of reports, memos, invoices, and other documents.
  6. Maintaining electronic and hard-copy filing systems.
  7. Supporting other staff with organizational tasks as required.



The ideal candidate will have:

  1. Experience in Microsoft Office suite.
  2. Exceptional communication skills.
  3. Prior experience in an administrative role or receptionist
