Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) gestionnaire, Partenaires en prestation de services (bilingue) pour appuyer la prestation des services dans le cadre du Programme de services de réadaptation et d'assistance professionnelle (PSRAP) au nom d'Anciens Combattants Canada (ACC). 

Le Groupe de santé Lifemark et WCG Services se sont joints pour former Partenaires dans les services de réadaptation des anciens combattants canadiens (PSRVC). Cette équipe fait une différence dans la vie des anciens combattants canadiens et de leurs familles en fournissant des services médicaux, psychosociaux et de réadaptation professionnelle. 

À ce titre, le/la gestionnaire bilingue des partenaires de la prestation de services supervisera l'établissement et le maintien de relations avec les fournisseurs de services affiliés, tant à l'échelle locale que nationale. Pour réussir dans cette fonction, il faut s'attacher à fournir des services de santé de haute qualité et à favoriser des expériences positives tant pour les clients que pour les partenaires. Le candidat idéal fait preuve d'un grand sens de l'organisation, d'un grand souci du détail, et d'une grande capacité à résoudre les problèmes. La maîtrise de la communication orale et écrite est essentielle, de même qu'une connaissance approfondie des logiciels MS Word, Teams et Excel.

Une connaissance approfondie des réglementations et législations sectorielles pertinentes est impérative pour fournir des conseils et un soutien efficace aux affiliés. S'appuyant sur une expérience dans le domaine de santé, le candidat s'appuiera sur son expertise pour fournir des solutions et des conseils cliniques éclairés.

Les responsabilités sont les suivantes

Développer et entretenir les relations avec les partenaires clés et les comptes clés, en veillant à ce que les cliniques affiliées répondent aux attentes contractuelles. Établir un rôle de conseiller de confiance pour guider et soutenir les cliniques affiliées et leur permettre de naviguer à travers les références reçus.  Collaboration interfonctionnelle pour recueillir des informations sur les volumes de références envoyés, la qualité des soins fournis par l'affilié, la qualité des rapports, les commentaires positifs/négatifs, etc. et communiquer les résultats à la clinique affiliée.  Administrer et organiser les activités de développement commercial Maintenir et gérer le pipeline d'opportunités affiliés Évaluer les nouveaux partenariats, marchés et concurrents potentiels Aider à la préparation et à la distribution du matériel, des ressources ou de la formation, selon les besoins. Collaborer avec les équipes cliniques et opérationnelles internes de Lifemark pour soutenir la prestation des services.  Coordonner et participer à des séminaires éducatifs Identifier de nouvelles opportunités avec les partenaires existants et nouveaux.

Qualifications :

3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de la réadaptation  Diplôme universitaire dans un domaine pertinent de la santé (travail social, kinésiologie, sciences de la santé, gestionnaire d’invalidité de longue durée) Expérience dans le domaine de la réadaptation, expérience clinique ou dans le secteur d’invalidité de longue durée Excellentes compétences en communication et d'établissement de relations  Excellentes compétences analytiques et capacité à résoudre des questions ou des problèmes complexes  Un niveau élevé de compétence en français, à l'écrit et à l'oral est requis

Faire preuve d'un haut niveau d'autonomie dans la définition des objectifs, des attentes et du suivi des performances. Démontrer des compétences et des techniques méthodiques de résolution de problèmes. Démontrer une expérience de la présentation virtuelle de documents à un large public (plus de 20 personnes) par le biais de techniques de communication verbale, écrite ou graphique.

We are seeking a Manager, Service Delivery Partners (Bilingual) to support the delivery of Rehabilitation Services and Vocational Assistance Program (RSVP) , on behalf of Veterans Affairs Canada Lifemark Health Group and WCG Services have joined to form Partners in Canadian Veterans Rehabilitation Services (PCVRS). This team makes a difference in the lives of Canada’s Veterans and their families by providing medical, psychosocial, and vocational rehabilitation services. 

In this capacity, the Bilingual Manager of Service Delivery Partners will oversee the establishment and maintenance of relationships with affiliate service providers at both local and national levels. Success in this role hinges on a dedication to delivering high quality healthcare services and fostering positive experiences for both clients and partners alike. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, critical thinking abilities, and adept problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in verbal and written communication is essential, coupled with a deep understanding of MS Word, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and database management. A comprehensive grasp of pertinent industry regulations and legislation is imperative for providing effective guidance and support. Drawing upon a background in healthcare, the candidate will leverage their expertise to offer informed solutions and direction. 

Responsibilities include:

• Developing, managing and nurturing key partner relationships and accounts, ensuring that front line teams are meeting/exceeding the expectations
 • Establishing a trusted advisor role with referral sources and provide consistent, superior relationship management
 • Monitoring partner satisfaction/feedback and referral trends
 • Ensuring the highest level of service delivery from clinical intake to service delivery
 • Providing quality assurance to ensure partners meet or exceed the expected quality levels
 • Administration and organization of business development activities
 • Maintenance and administration of the opportunity pipeline
 • Assessment of new potential partnerships, markets, and competitors
 • Assist in the preparation and distribution of materials, resources or training as required
 • Collaborating with Lifemark’s internal clinical and operational teams to support delivery of services 
 • Coordinating and participating in educational seminars
 • Identifying new opportunities with both existing and new partners

  Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years’ experience working in rehabilitation 
 • A university degree in a relevant healthcare domain (i.e. Social Work, Kinesiology, Health Sciences, Disability Management) 

• Clinical/rehabilitation or insurance industry background
 • Excellent relationship building, communication, problem solving and analytical skills, ability to resolve complex issues or problems surfaced by partners and/or the internal team
 •High level of written and spoken proficiency in French is required
