About the role

We’re looking for a Claims Assistant II, Claims Operations to join our growing team
You will be responsible for providing administrative assistance and front-line quality customer service in the settlement of insurance Claims.

What you'll do here:

.Manage file storage and retrieval process for closed files. Provide various administrative support such as photocopying, scanning, etc. Open new claims and assign appropriate claims adjusters. Process, coordinate, sort and distribute incoming correspondence. Identify process improvements to management. Collaboration with various COE's and Finance.


What you bring to the table:

High School or College Diploma including business/administration training or any combination of equivalent education and experience. Minimum of 1 year of work experience. Ability to consistently perform at a superior level with respect to both the accuracy and volume of work completed. Effective communications skills with an emphasis on customer service. Strong computer skills of with standard office applications including strong data entry skills. No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
