The Bodily Injury Claims Representative II role is responsible for investigating, negotiating, and resolving complex claims. You will contribute to our client service culture through daily interactions with clients and by implementing innovative, client-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and interpret coverage to resolve complex bodily injury claims.
  • Contact claimants, clients, lawyers, and witnesses to gather information and resolve claims.
  • Manage complex files in defense litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).
  • Coach, train, and provide technical support to the claims team.
  • Provide exceptional client service in accordance with our claims service and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Three years of claims or related business experience.
  • A post-secondary degree or diploma.
  • A Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation or pursuing.
  • Provincial adjuster license(s) depending on the province of work.
