As a Customer Service Representative you will bepart of the US Retirement Participant Center handling inboundrequests from 401(k) participants. You will provide criticalaccount information assist with investment changes processwithdrawals and loans and support participants with websitenavigation helping them make informed decisions about theirretirementplans.

Whatis in it foryou:

Hourly salary of $22.15.
6 to12month contract with the potential for permanentemployment.
Fulltime position:37.50 hours per week.
Hybridwork: 3 office days from Tuesday toThursday.
Operating hours (AST):Monday through Friday 8 am to 11pm.
Work schedule: startingbetween 8 am and 2 pm with rotatingschedules.
Preferred shifts: 10am to 6 pm 11 am to 7 pm and 12 pm to 8pm.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service handling 3040 inbound callsdaily.
Process account andinvestment changes withdrawals andloans.
Offer insight intoretirement accounts explain retirement plan provisions and assistcustomers with form completion.
Keep uptodate with company policies andprocedures.
Meet key performancemetrics related to customer satisfaction accuracy andproductivity.
Resolve issueswithin established guidelines ensuring a clientfocusedapproach.

Whatyou will need tosucceed:

Postsecondary education with industry certification is preferred orequivalent work experience.
Background in customer service with at least 2 years of experienceideal.
Knowledge of401(k)/pension plans (or Canadian equivalents) is anasset.
Knowledge of our businesspolicies procedures and concepts.
Excellent communication skills both verbal andwritten.
Bilingualism in Englishand Spanish is a plus to support clients in bothlanguages.
Confidence to handleunclear/unfamiliar expectations fromcustomers.
Ability to deal with awide variety of personalities in a professionalmanner.
Aptitude to buildpositive relationships between customer and company effectivelyorganize prioritize and multitask. Attention todetail.
Capacity to workindependently or with minimal direction within ateam.
Flexibility required toaccommodate shifts that may change based on businessneeds.
