Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at PeopleToGo. As a key member of our sales and customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling our products and services, and building lasting relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services to customers.
  • Respond to customer service calls in a courteous and professional manner, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Enter customer orders accurately, determine customer needs, and assist with product selection and upselling/cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer requirements are met, including accurate system pricing and managing credit holds.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a courteous and efficient manner, escalating issues to the appropriate parties when necessary.
  • Work with the branch team to ensure the branch and showroom are merchandized and kept tidy and clean.
  • Maintain and expand the company's database of prospects by passing leads to Outside Sales Representatives.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • 3 years of direct work experience in customer service and sales capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of retail and/or wholesale sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems computer skills required.
