We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator in Thorold, Ontario. This role is within the construction/contractor industry, where you will be a key player in maintaining smooth office operations and efficient administrative processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including data entry, answering phone calls, and assisting with clerical tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate parties.
• Handle data entry tasks, ensuring all customer information is accurately recorded in the database.
• Assist with the ordering of job packages and ensure payments are completed in a timely manner.
• Provide support in managing the office calendar and scheduling meetings as required.
• Use Microsoft Office Suite to create, edit, and manage documents and spreadsheets.
• Ensure all documents needed for onsite construction work are prepared and available.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Provide ad hoc support to other team members as required.
• Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track customer interactions and data.
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with company policies and regulations.

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services in a construction or contractor setting

• Demonstrable skills in creating and managing Banner Ads

• Proficiency in using Cisco Webex Meetings for remote communication and collaboration

• Hands-on experience with Concur for travel and expense management

• Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably within the construction industry

• Knowledge of About Time for mobile resource management

• Understanding of Budget Processes in a construction or contractor environment

• Proven ability in Calendar Management at an administrative level

• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal

• Experience in liaising with the C-Suite or similar high-level management roles
