**GROUP TOUR ADMINISTRATOR OVERVIEW**:
Seeking a Full-time Group Tour Administrator to be part of the Journeys team

Are you ready to embark on a journey of organization, creativity, and support in the exciting world of group tours? If you have a knack for coordination, a flair for marketing, and a passion for creating memorable experiences, then we want you to join our team as a Group Tours Administrator

**REQUIREMENTS**:
To be seriously considered for this role, please have the following in regard to:
**Experience**: 2+ years of customer service experience

**Education**: High-School Diploma | TICO Certification (or a willingness to obtain)

**Characteristics**: Flourishes in collaborative settings, finding joy in supporting team efforts and contributing to the overall efficiency of operations. proactive problem-solving, and effective communication.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
As a CAA Niagara Group Tour Administrator, your responsibilities will be, including but are not limited to:

- Contributing to the smooth running of the Group Tours Department.
- Providing top-notch service to our valued members.
- Supporting our energetic tour team every step of the way.
- Assisting in processing Group Tour sales accurately and efficiently.
- Handling payments for Group Tour sales with precision.
- Collaborating with the marketing department to spread the word about our incredible tours.
- Managing the Group Tours department mailing list like a pro.
- Engaging in both inbound and outbound calling to keep our operations running smoothly.
