Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and implement customized CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective CRM solutions.
• Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CE to meet specific business needs, including workflows, forms, and dashboards.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 CE with other business systems and third-party applications to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
• Conduct thorough testing of CRM solutions to ensure quality and reliability, followed by successful deployment.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Dynamics 365 CE, troubleshooting issues and implementing updates as needed.
• Create detailed technical documentation and provide training to end-users and team members to maximize the effectiveness of CRM solutions.

Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years as a Power Apps Developer with extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
• Proficient in customizing and configuring Dynamics 365 CE, with strong skills in Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform are highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of delivering effective CRM solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
