Adoption Content Marketing Manager

Position Overview
The Cross-Industry and Retention Marketing team contributes to the development of content strategies to retain and engage our existing customers. The Adoption Marketing Manager supports post-purchase marketing programs that help build customer awareness and use of Autodesk subscription features and benefits. By keeping our customers satisfied and loyal, we not only increase revenue but also strengthen our brand reputation.
You will report into the Senior Marketing Manager. You will work in Canada and have the option to work in a hybrid environment free to work in a local office or from home.
Responsibilities
Messaging/Positioning: Creating customer-facing foundational messaging/positioning—vetted with important partners—that resonates with the audience
Goal Definition: Ensuring content strategy aligns with defined business goal, such as improving awareness, driving adoption, or educating the audience resulting in increasing renewal rates
Audience Analysis: Understanding the target audience's needs, preferences, behaviors, and demographics is a fundamental step. This helps in creating content that resonates with the intended audience
Performance Measurement: Work with Lifecycle Marketing to track and review the performance of content, including metrics like page views, click-through rates, engagement, and conversions. This data helps refine the content strategy over time
Iterative Improvement: Continuously analyzing the data and feedback to refine and improve the content strategy, ensuring that it stays aligned with our goals and audience needs
Minimum Qualifications
BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, or business administration
7+ years’ experience developing global marketing campaigns for a large company
Experience influencing large, global, cross-functional teams from planning to execution
Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer-friendly language
