As the
**Content Marketing Manager** for Uberflip, you are responsible for creating, supporting, and activating content to attract and convert prospects into customers, and customers’ repeat buyers and advocates.

As the content marketer, you will connect with our audience through:
**Storytelling**:Your role is to communicate the value of Uberflip while focusing on the prospect/customer’s challenges

**Using Strategic Insight**: Understand corporate and audience goals to create compelling content in various formats and activate according to marketing objectives

**Reviewing, Writing, and Editing content**: Ensure all submitted content has a developed point of view, and is consistent with the established Uberflip editorial tone and voice

**Becoming a Product Expert**:Learn the ins and outs of how to use Uberflip while sharing your experience with audiences

You will work closely with product marketing, demand, sales, and customer marketing to create content that supports the entire customer journey.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Plan and create content, including web content and premium assets like eBooks and courses.
- Work closely with our Uberflip Analytics data to find opportunities to include data in content.
- Create digital content that leverages SEO best practices to earn top page rankings.
- Support, create and maintain content for our digital properties, including social media channels.
- Align with customer marketing to incorporate customer examples into content.
- Support creating content for marketing programs.
- Work closely with our product marketing team to create content for sales enablement.
- Experiment with new ways to engage buyers with content at different stages of the funnel.
- Manage the flow of content requests from departments.
- Report monthly on content performance.
- Manage and maintain our content library within the Uberflip platform.
- Manage and maintain our social media platforms.
- Become in-house power user and be able to provide feedback to the product team on market-worthy features.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years experience creating content in the B2B space - including authoring, editing, and revising content to adhere to prescribed brand guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma, or equivalent work experience, in marketing, journalism, communications, or other related field.
- Excellent project management skills.Understanding of the role content plays in the buyer’s journey.
- Goal-oriented and metrics-driven.
- Collaborative and able to prioritize requests across multiple stakeholders.
- Comfortable writing for different audiences, pain points, and stages of the funnel.

**Bonus Points**:

- Experience in the martech B2B SaaS space.
- Experience leveraging SEO best practices.
- Worked with technologies like Drift, 6sense, Marketo, Salesforce, and Optimizely.
- Content experience certified.
