Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and target audience needs.
  • Ensure all content adheres to regulations set forth by compliance.
  • Manage creative content deliverables, including working with creative agencies and freelancers.
  • Collaborating with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, design, compliance and product, to ensure messaging and content align with overall marketing campaigns.
  • Conducting regular audits of existing content and making recommendations for updates or improvements.
  • Staying uptodate on industry trends and best practices, and incorporating new insights and technologies into the content strategy.
  • Conduct research to understand target audience needs, preferences, and behaviors to inform content development.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance and make recommendations for future improvements.
  • Manage traffic coordination, ensuring projects are prioritized correctly and that resources are allocated effectively.
  • Continuously improve marketing processes and workflows to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure all marketing content is onbrand and aligned with company voice and tone.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing or project management or related field.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and compelling content.
  • Strong proofreading skills, with the ability to catch and correct errors in grammar, spelling, punctuation, and style.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Experience with content management systems like WordPress, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform content strategy and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box to develop innovative content ideas and formats.
  • Experience in Adobe InDesign or Photoshop is a plus, but not required.
  • Experience or interest in iGaming is a plus, but not required.
