This role is an embedded role with Unison TD Client
Leverage social media expertise and current best practices to manage the planning and execution of social media strategy assigned Lines of Business. Contributes insights on performance and reporting of results for all social media marketing programs, relative to YoY and forecast. (Note this does not include programmatic display) Campaign setup and execution of social campaigns Ongoing campaign maintenance, pacing and reporting specific to social channels Manage and execute Social Media campaign in FB/IG, LinkedIn, Snapchat and Twitter. Analyzes social media opportunities and make recommendations as to how to best allocate the advertising budget. Provides guidance to and mentors Social Specialist and Coordinators to ensure their successful professional development Oversee the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of Social Coordinators and Specialist’s work. Weekly pacing and performance reports for internal and external shareholders Work with platform partners and supports to solve technical issues Manage monthly & quarterly budgets to align our internal Prisma and billing systemsAdditional Duties Required by TD
Point of contact for different agencies involved in the Segment line of business and making sure their needs are met and communicating their findings to the team Investigate audience opportunities for social and display Point of contact for TD planning team by helping them with the following tasks:Upload all materials for different teams (Search, Display) and make sure any missing pieces are provided to everyone by keeping open communications with external agencyCurate and provide reports for various teams.Connecting social/display resultsCommunicate with other teams and make sure any follow-ups are done when requiredAnalysis and planning for additional platforms other than Facebook and Instagram, e.g. YouTube, Spotify, Tik Tok and TwitchTraining also needed for some of these platforms falling outside of FB socialGA360 UTM parameter creationSprinkler organic posts and YouTube Paid video uploadingPoint of contact for creative agency and review copy deck etc..Trafficking, Billing, Approve MSATD and Unison to Collaborate on training and key basics (e.g. taxonomy, how things work at TD, etc.)Visibility and coordination of PTO with TD for vacation schedulesQualifications
6 + years of progressive levels of responsibility in social media planning, buying and management Demonstrated business acumen and a track record of success in the social media services profession Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills Strong negotiating skills Solid interpersonal and teamwork abilities Able to build and strengthen client relationships Demonstrated leadership and management skills Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilities Strong analytical abilities Strong command of media research and reporting resources-
