Toronto, Canada Vive Social + PR Full time

We’re looking for an organized and collaborative leader to be our Agency Manager at our Toronto location. This role will be actively involved in all areas of account services and will support our team in their roles and responsibilities. This is a hybrid role, with two in-office days required per week.

**You would be responsible for**:

- Project management
- Aiding in communications with both existing and potential clients
- Act as the primary point of contact in Toronto
- Maintain efficiency within the office by establishing the best policies, standards, and procedures for their company or department
- Develop and oversee strategy and execution for all accounts
- Managing the development of staff, supporting their roles and clients
- Ensuring campaigns and client KPIs are met
- Jumping in to help the team whenever needed
- Creaing decks and proposals

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in or knowledge of Public Relations, Brand Management, and Social Media Management
- A proven record of successful PR, social, events, and/or marketing experience
- A pulse on the most covetable brands across lifestyle, fashion, beauty, real estate, beverage, CPG, etc
- Strong project management skills
- Can manage a sales funnel with many moving parts
- Actively network and create opportunities
- Hyper organized, proactively organizing the team and clients to meet deadlines
- Manage your own workload while overseeing the work of the team
- Lead sales calls and client communication

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Public Relations: 2 years (preferred)
- Leadership and Managing Teams: 1 year (preferred)
- Social Media Management: 2 years (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Toronto, ON
