Toronto, Canada Vive Social + PR Full time

We’re looking to add a full-time Account Coordinator to our Toronto team This role is a contract position with the potential to become a permanent member of the team. You are required to attend two in-office days per week, Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 9am to 5pm.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Assist the team on various client initiatives
- Meet and communicate with clients in a professional and punctual manner
- Participate in team brainstorms for creative assets and marketing campaigns
- Create shot lists and work with the Creative team to execute content
- Proactively stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technology in all aspects of your responsibilities

**Social Media Marketing**
- Manage social media initiatives on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest and TikTok, including posting, scheduling, and follower building
- Coordinate influencer partnerships, both paid and organic
- Provide editorial calendars for clients when required
- Assist in ideation and execution of content
- Write blogs and thought leadership articles when required

**Public Relations**
- Assist in the development of press releases, pitches, and press kits
- Assist in pitching media; build and maintain relationships with writers, editors, influencers, bloggers, and producers
- Create and maintain media and influencer lists
- Organize and manage events

**Expectations**:

- Amend and edit any content requests from the Client or Vive management
- Respond to client inquiries in a professional, timely manner
- Support team projects and colleagues if and when needed
- Undertake tasks as assigned
- Work independently as well as in-person, attending our office Tuesdays and Thursdays, and on-site for client shoots/events when needed
- Treat colleagues, clients, contractors and Vive affiliates in a professional, respectful manner

**Qualifications**:

- A diploma, certificate, or degree in a related industry
- A strong understanding of how to use all social media platforms
- Copywriting, proofreading, and editing skills

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

**Experience**:

- Social media management: 1 year (preferred)
