Join Team CARFAX as a HR Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

HRIS management – enter/update employee information into Bamboo and maintain employee files  File Management - Maintain Employee Files. LMS administration - maintain up-to-date employee records in Absorb, review training completion, and complete reporting as needed.  Employment Letters - Write Employment and Travel Letters to support members of Team CARFAX.  Reports – support the creation of regular reporting (diversity, attendance, Assist with other admin functions such as survey administration (new hire and exit) and employee lifecycle management ticketing.


Key Qualifications:

One year experience working in a reception or HR administration function  High attention to detail and standards of quality Excellent organizational and time management abilities Positive team player who takes initiative Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Outstanding customer service and communication skills Microsoft Office Suite applications: Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Experience with Bamboo and Survey Monkey a bonus
