Job Description

L’Analyste Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement) sera responsable de contribuer à l’implantation de Microsoft D365 dans les différentes filiales de l’entreprise, principalement pour le volet de l’engagement client à travers le CRM.

 

PLUS PRÉCISÉMENT

 

• Analyser les processus d’affaires afin d’effectuer une optimisation et une refonte, et documenter le tout

• Participer à la conception d’un portail sur Microsoft Power Pages avec des fonctionnalités personnalisées

• Contribuer à la création de nouveaux formulaires dans Microsoft Dynamics (champs, flux, plugins, etc.)

• Administrer les opérations, réaliser les configurations ainsi que les tests unitaires

• Favoriser la saine intégration des modules clients (Customer Engagement et Field Services) avec le système ERP et d’autres composants Azure

 

 

PROFIL

 

• 3+ années d’expérience professionnelle en tant qu’Analyste TI

• Expérience avec des fonctionnalités d’Engagement Client, idéalement avec Microsoft Dynamics 365

• Connaissances de Microsoft Dynamics (NAV, Business Central, AX, et/ou 365)

• Expérience dans une implantation de système CRM et/ou ERP

• Bonnes habiletés relationnelles et polyvalence

• Expérience dans le secteur du commerce de détail et/ou de distribution (fort atout)

• BAC en informatique ou l’équivalent

• Bilinguisme requis (Français et Anglais)
