Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 CE Analyst to join our team at DELAN - IT Head Hunters. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for contributing to the successful deployment of Microsoft D365 in our company's various subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness, documenting all changes and improvements.
  • Portal Design and Development: Participate in the design and development of a portal on Microsoft Power Pages with personalized functionalities, ensuring seamless integration with Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Customization and Configuration: Contribute to the creation of new forms in Microsoft Dynamics, including fields, flows, and plugins, as well as administer operations and carry out unit tests.
  • Integration and Testing: Promote the healthy integration of customer modules (Customer Engagement and Field Services) with the ERP system and other Azure components, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of professional experience as an IT Analyst, with a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Experience with Customer Engagement features, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (NAV, Business Central, AX, and/or 365).
  • Experience in implementing a CRM and/or ERP system, with a focus on customer engagement and field services.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and versatility, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • BAC in computer science or equivalent, with a strong understanding of software development principles and practices.
  • Bilingualism required (French and English), with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
