We are seeking a highly skilled Analyste Dynamics 365 CE to join our team at DELAN. As a key member of our implementation team, you will play a crucial role in the successful deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE across our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize business processes to ensure seamless integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
- Design and implement customized portals on Microsoft Power Pages to enhance customer engagement
- Develop and administer new forms in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE to support business operations
- Ensure smooth integration with other modules and systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business process improvements
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a IT Analyst with a strong background in CRM systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Proven experience in CRM or ERP implementation, with a focus on customer engagement
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with stakeholders
- Bilingual in French and English is a must
