DELAN is seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 CE Analyst to contribute to the successful implementation and optimization of our CRM system across various company branches.

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in enhancing customer engagement through the power of Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough analyses of existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement and documenting optimized workflows.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and develop a customized portal on Microsoft Power Pages, tailored to meet specific business needs.
  • Create new forms within Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring data integrity and user-friendliness.
  • Administer operational configurations and settings within the CRM system, maintaining its stability and functionality.
  • Guarantee seamless integration between Dynamics 365 and other relevant modules, fostering a cohesive and efficient business ecosystem.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an IT Analyst, demonstrating a strong understanding of CRM systems and technologies.
  • Proven expertise in implementing and customizing CRM or ERP solutions within diverse business environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and clients.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
  • Fluency in both French and English is essential for this role.
