We are seeking a highly skilled Analyste Dynamics 365 CE to join our team at DELAN. As a key member of our implementation team, you will play a crucial role in the successful deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and optimize business processes to ensure seamless integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
  • Design and implement customized portals on Microsoft Power Pages to enhance customer engagement
  • Develop and administer new forms in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE to streamline operations
  • Ensure smooth integration with other modules and systems

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a IT Analyst with a strong background in CRM systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Proven experience in CRM or ERP implementation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Bilingual in French and English is a must
