Responsibilities
- Leadthe team to accomplish daily and weekly tasks andobjectives.
- Champion a safeworkplace culture by prioritizing safety training and accidentreadiness ensuring all equipment is operated safely andefficiently.
- Cultivate a positivework environment where team members feel valued andmotivated.
- Conduct daily analysis tooptimize staffing levels and workflowefficiency.
- Uphold proper workprotocols to maintain consistency and qualitystandards.
- Ensure team meets orexceeds performance metrics including volume productivity andKPIs.
- Document user errors in thesystem to address and prevent futureoccurrences.
- Collaborate with theManager to safeguard inventory integrity within thewarehouse.
- Drive continuousimprovement across all aspects of distributionoperations.
- Document and reportdamages in accordance with company filingpolicies.
- Assist in implementingspecial projects as directed by theManager.
- Engage in ongoing trainingcoaching and development of staff fostering transparentcommunication.
- Inspire team memberswith challenging assignments and coaching to promote individualgrowth and teamwork.
- Fostereffective relationships with peers team members and managers tofacilitate communication and collaboration acrossdepartments.
- Mediate conflictresolution among team members to maintain a harmonious workenvironment.
- Oversee dailyoperations ensuring efficient processes are in place for spaceplanning storage packing and shipping while ensuring timelydelivery of materials.
- Perform dailyreporting tasks including shipping reconciliation KPI tracking andmonitoring incomplete salesorders.
