Drake International has partnered with a University who is in need of Bilingual Manager, Academic Studies Administrator for their Common Law Student Centre. Act as the first point of contact for students by receiving their students by receiving and acknowledging their various requests and acknowledging their receipt; providing advice and guidance, such as on policies and processes, and ensuring above-average customer service quality customer service that will guarantee students an exceptional experience.ResponsibilitiesAssess the needs of students: Assess the needs of students by analyzing, noting, interpreting and translating these needs to determine the policies and procedures to be implementedPlan interventions: Support the planning process for interventions to students by providing a diagnosis and recommendations that will help resolve students' problemsExecute interventions: Facilitate the implementation process by providing relevant information on which method is used for each intervention Follow-up: Follow up on student files to promote compliance with school and administrative calendarsDirecting Students to the Right Individuals: Referring Students to the relevant services to ensure they receive the support they need during their studiesRequirements of the roleFluently Bilingual - French and English (oral and written)Knowledge of school curriculums at high school, college, undergraduate and graduate levelsPractical experience of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access)Ability to deal with conflicting priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced work environmentOrganizational and analytical skills, excellent judgment and attention to detail Good listening skills and a strong sense of professional ethicsWhat's in it for youExcellent salary compensationWeekly PayHealth Benefits after 300 hours 35 hour work weeks If this amazing opportunity is of interest to you, please submit your resume and a staffing Specialist will contact you with additional information.We look forward to hearing from you Since 1951, Drake International has continued to be a global leader in flexible and permanent staffing, helping businesses find the perfect candidate and job seekers find their ideal career in Canada and across the globe.INDOttawa
