About This Role and About You

Sales Excellence is responsible for supporting the sales team developing, communicating, and leading the execution of commercial strategies and customer profitability. The scope of the Sales Analyst position will be to work in collaboration with the Sales Directors to provide coordination and organization of the information and administrative support to the North American sales group. Part of the mandate will be to develop processes to improve effectiveness while assisting the Sales group with the communications and sales analysis/reports.

Demonstrates superior organizational skills to manage the Sales SharePoint and drive the development of new processes Collaborate with the different departments & coordinate the information Communicates effectively across the organization Demonstrates knowledge and experience with SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM Works effectively across functions such as Sales, Marketing, Legal.

Responsibilities

Provide Administrative Support to Sales:

Develop, manage, organize and update the SharePoint site for Sales that includes customer information, competitive intelligence, market information, contracts, etc Create and maintain a Customer Contract Database, in coordination with other departments & Legal. Support and maintain Sales Toolbox functionality Provide SAP support including reports, data updates, improvements and maintenance Provide CRM and Docusign system support Maintain ‘Parenting Codes’ in SAP to help agglomerate sales to large corporate customers Develop proficiency in various internal systems (including SAP) to provide support, reporting and analysis Generate sales analysis/reports Support the Sales teams with customer letters, RFQs &PDI Coordinate the business sales and the national sales meetings Coordinate Monthly Sales Calls Set-up the AR reviews with the different Sales teams Provide training to the account managers on the different systems (SAP, CRM, DocuSign Work with external training Companies to put together training for the sales and/or others Chemtrade's functions.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Economics or a related field is required; 1 to 5 years of related work experience; Proficiency in computer applications, including advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, data visualization tools such as Tableau or power BI, and experience with CRM & SAP systems, is preferred.

Solid organizational skills along with the ability to deal with large amounts of data from different sources. Ability to collaborate across various departments and functions, with an ability to drive projects to achieve results. Demonstrated success working autonomously. Questions or concerns to be resolved mainly on the phone or by email. Ability to display quantitative information in tables, charts, presentations, and other forms visual enhancements to the data. Solution oriented mindset driven by natural curiosity. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and draw meaningful insights to drive sales strategies.
