Sales Trade Analyst

The Trade Analyst will be responsible for managing LG’s Business Solutions Division’s Sales Program and Promotions, in compliance with approved budget rates and Company policies. The Trade Analyst’s responsibilities include monitoring processes and sales data, budgeting sell-out promotions, completing month-end closing procedure for sales deductions, and forecasting profit/loss based on spending plans for future periods.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage annual trade terms
- Complete month-end closing procedure for sales deductions
- Budget sales deductions on a monthly and annual basis
- Forecast P/L (profit and loss) and conduct gap analyses
- Review and monitor processes and policies related to Sales Program for the Business Solutions Division
- Prepare and present reports related to sales deductions and P/L to upper level of management

KNOWLDEGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or another relevant discipline
- 1-2 years’ experience in a Sales Promotions/Deductions, Finance or Accounting role
- Advanced Excel & Power Point skills.
- Experience with ERP systems
- Experience in Reporting and Analysis
- Solid understanding of promotions, sales allowance, and/or accounting principles
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and competing priorities.
- Excellent time management skills and superior communication skills (oral and written)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to maintain the highest standards of ethical conduct
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work individually or as part of a team

- Business to Business (B2B) experience
- Bid Management experience
- Retail Sales Support/Coordination experience
- Bilingualism in English and Korean
