Technical Sales Representative, Concrete Protection
Toronto, Ontario 

On behalf of our client, Titan Environmental Containment, we are looking for a dedicated Technical Sales Representative to join their growing team. Reporting to the Technical Product Manager, Concrete Protection, the Technical Sales Representative will play a pivotal role in driving sales of Concrete Protection Liners across Canada.

In this role you will engage with clients, prepare sales presentations, attend trade shows, respond to leads, maintain databases and collaborate with various departments. The ideal candidate should have technical sales experience, knowledge of municipal wastewater processes, and be comfortable with travel.

The Technical Sales Representative will: Drive sales of Titan’s Concrete Protection Liners (CPL) across Canada, meeting sales targets. Call on concrete precasters, engineering firms and municipalities for technical education and to offer value-added solutions and improve production. Organize technical presentations and seminars for the engineering community and Coordinate engineering-based events & lunch and learns with the Technical Manager for CPL. Educate municipalities on new market technologies and assist in specification development. Attend trade shows for concrete corrosion protection, giving technical presentations. Respond within 24 hours to digital media-generated leads, as per company culture and maintain database of contacts. Collaborate with marketing to promote online and in-person technical seminars. Enter new customers, projects, and opportunities into Titan’s software system. Promote the Titan brand ethically and professionally. Travel extensively for business engagements.
You and Your Experience: A minimum of two years’ experience with Technical Sales or Business Development. University Degree or Technical Diploma in Engineering is considered an asset. Understanding of municipal wastewater processes and ability to interpret engineered prints. Ability to give technical sales presentations and comfortable working with advanced degreed professionals. Skilled in utilizing HubSpot CRM and NetSuite ERP systems effectively. Familiarity with concrete and precast structures/plastics for corrosion protection is an asset. Proven background achieving or exceeding sales goals and objectives. Comfortable with setting and achieving clear measurable goals and experience managing projects from conception to completion in a collaborative work environment. Experience long sales cycles and engaging diverse clients with a consultative approach.
