Qualifications
Education, Licensing, & Experience:
Full or provisional license with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC (CPSBC) Membership with the Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA) Certification or eligibility for certification by the Canadian College of Family Practitioners (CCFP) Medical leadership in a healthcare organization. 3+ years in independent clinical practiceKnowledge & Abilities:
Culturally Competent: Awareness and understanding of diverse cultural beliefs and practices. Communicative Excellence: Exceptional skills in developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships. Conflict Resolution: Expertise in managing complex service delivery challenges. Strategic Thinking: Systematic and critical approach to problem-solving and process implementation. Inspirational Leadership: Motivate and align team goals with organizational strategies. Decision-Making: Effective consultative skills within medical by-laws for efficient care delivery.
