My North Shore client is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join the team. This is an exciting newly created role. Some of the key responsibilities will include;

-Full cycle recruitment including; brand management and building a strong pipeline, onboarding, offboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience

-Updating, developing and implementing HR polices and procedures

-Training and development and partnering with other key stakeholders ensuring best practice when it comes to performance management, health and safety.

-HRIS implementation

-HR administration

-Employee recognition and engagement initiatives


The ideal candidate will be someone with a fully rounded HR experience in all areas and will be located on the North Shore. The ideal candidate will be someone who's values match collaboration, work life balance, hospitality and fun. This is a role for someone who is passionate about the outdoors and enjoys working in breath taking views.


Requirements:

-5+ years of progressive HR experience

-Driver's license

-Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal, and a natural ability to build rapport

-Strong technical skills in MS Suite, HRIS and a solid understanding of HR practices
