Job Description

The Human Resources Generalist plays a vital role in supporting the delivery of Seaspan's HR model and business priorities. This position works closely with the HR Business Partners and the Director, HR Consulting and Program Delivery to ensure seamless execution of HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Business Partners and the Director, HR Consulting and Program Delivery
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives
  • Support the delivery of HR services to employees and management
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with business objectives

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in HR or related field preferred
