Job Description
The Infrastructure Management Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of administrative operations related to the company's infrastructure. He/She plays a key role in creating and maintaining a safe, functional and pleasant work environment for employees.
YOUR NEXT CHALLENGES:
Manage infrastructure-related requests from employees, ensuring fast and efficient solutions. Coordinate maintenance team activities, including scheduling and resource allocation. Ensure workspaces comply with current health and safety standards. Oversee purchases of office supplies and ensure efficient inventory management. Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities for infrastructure and equipment. Work with suppliers and subcontractors to guarantee quality of service and meet deadlines. Manage and update access control and video surveillance systems. Oversee the management of the company's fleet of vehicles, including purchasing, maintenance and contract management. Provide administrative support to teams, including updating documents and databases. Manage business travel reservations, including hotels and flights, for senior management. Travel regularly to different company sites to ensure a presence in the field and respond to specific needs.
Qualifications
THE EXPERTISE REQUIRED TO TAKE US FURTHER:
Degree in administration, facilities management or other relevant training. 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a dynamic corporate environment. Project management and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team. Working knowledge of IT tools and facility management software. Fluency in spoken and written French and English.
