Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Key Account Manager – On the Go (OTG) to focus on nurturing and expanding our presence in the Single Serve channels, including Convenience Retail, Gas, Food Service, and On the Go markets. As our brand ambassador, you will be the face of TBG, ensuring the effective management and growth of our key accounts. Your role includes strategic leadership, customer management, cross-functional teamwork, and serving as the primary liaison with PepsiCo Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain robust relationships with key decision-makers within the Single Serve channels, working closely with Convenience Retail, Gas, Food Service, and On-the-Go clients to optimize presence and performance of TBG products. Act as the key point person for our strategic relationship with PepsiCo Canada, aligning our business strategies and collaborating on joint ventures to maximize market penetration and sales volume. Develop and execute a strategic account plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the designated channels. Work closely with the marketing department to tailor campaigns that resonate with the Single Serve market, align with PepsiCo’s campaigns where appropriate, and drive brand awareness and sales. Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing insightful feedback to the product development and marketing teams. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit while maintaining the brand's integrity. Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics. Facilitate alignment between customer service, supply chain, and account needs to ensure optimal service levels and customer satisfaction. Participate in trade shows, sales workshops, and other industry events to enhance relationships and identify new opportunities.

Qualification:

Strong existing relationships with key accounts in the convenience retail, gas, food service, and on-the-go markets. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving significant growth in customer base. Strategic thinker with exceptional analytical, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing projects. Proficient with CRM software and sales management tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong preference to be fully bilingual in English and French. Willingness to travel as needed to meet business needs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus). Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in sales leadership roles within the beverage industry Willingness to adapt and thrive in a blended work environment, seamlessly transitioning between remote work and in-office operations as required.
