Vous ferez partie d’une équipe dynamique, qui a le souci du détail et qui en est fière, et pour qui l’expérience client passe avant tout. Vous gérerez des dossiers de sinistres en attente impliquant des véhicules de promenade et/ou des véhicules utilitaires légers ou lourds, ce qui veut dire que vous n’aurez pas à traiter les appels d’une file d’attente téléphonique.

Vous excellez dans ce qui suit:

Effectuer des enquêtes et des évaluations approfondies pour traiter des situations complexes

Gérer des appels parfois stressants et communiquer des décisions de façon claire

Gérer efficacement un horaire de travail quotidien chargé

Offrir une expérience client exceptionnelle


Vous possédez les qualifications suivantes:

Études postsecondaires dans un programme axé sur les assurances ou un programme connexe

Titre de PAA en voie d’obtention (un atout)

Minimum d’un an à trois ans d’expérience en règlement de sinistres automobile 

Solides compétences techniques dans l’utilisation de la suite Microsoft Office 

Capacité à communiquer clairement avec les réclamants, les courtiers et les fournisseurs
