Fibergrate Composite Structures est le chef de file canadien dans la fourniture de caillebotis moulés en fibre de verre pour les marchés commerciaux et industriels depuis plus de 50 ans. Nous avons actuellement un poste gratifiant disponible pour un Gérant de Territoire dans la région de Montréal et la Rive-Nord de Montréal.

Engagement.  Un autodidacte avec une image et un état d'esprit de vente professionnels.  Quelqu'un qui a une solide compréhension de la vente, la capacité de trouver de nouveaux clients et de nouveaux projets, et la volonté de soutenir et de développer les clients existants. Les candidats doivent avoir une attitude positive avec une forte force dans la résolution de problèmes. Ils doivent également être à l'aise pour jouer un rôle de leadership sur les projets du début à la fin.

Qualifications professionnelles souhaitées :

  • Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience réussie en vente externe dans la vente de produits industriels ou d'ingénierie
  • Forte motivation à développer de nouveaux comptes tout en gérant les comptes existants
  • Esprit d'entreprise, ainsi que d'excellentes compétences en gestion du temps
    Solides compétences en communication interpersonnelle.
  • Capacité d'interagir avec tous les niveaux de personnel d'ingénierie et de construction.
  • Aucune restriction sur les privilèges de conduite d'un véhicule à moteur
  • La connaissance d'Office 365 serait un atout
  • Bilingue (français et anglais) est un atout

Territory Manager/Gérant de Territoire

Fibergrate Composite Structures has been the Canadian leader in providing molded fiberglass grating for the commercial and industrial markets for over 50 years. We currently have a rewarding position available for a Territory Manager in the Montreal, & Montreal North Shore area.

What qualities do we expect from you?

Commitment.  A self-taught person with a professional image and sales mindset.  Someone who has a solid understanding of sales, the ability to find new customers and projects, and the willingness to support and develop existing customers. Candidates must have a positive attitude with strong strength in problem-solving. They must also be comfortable taking a leadership role on projects from start to finish.

Desired professional qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of successful outside sales experience in the sale of industrial or engineering products
  • Strong motivation to develop new accounts while managing existing accounts
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, as well as excellent time management skills
    Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of engineering and construction personnel.
  • No restrictions on motor vehicle driving privileges
  • Knowledge of Office 365 would be an asset
  • Bilingual (French & English) is an asset
