Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for daily tasks such as generating leads, managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. This role will require working at our office in Mississauga, ON.

Qualifications:

  • Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Account Management skills
  • Proven experience in providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Sound Mathematical Skills
  • Knowledge of electrical/electronic wire, cable, and wire management products is a plus
  • Minimum High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Practical industry sales experience in the Canadian Market
