As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for conducting outbound sales calls to potential customers, building relationships with existing customers, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Your goal will be to meet or exceed monthly sales targets by identifying customer needs, recommending appropriate products or services, and negotiating pricing and terms of sale. The ability to effectively communicate in English is a must. Experience in inside sales or a related role, strong sales and negotiation skills, and proficiency in using MS Office are essential for success in this position.
